We design products based on the manufacturing method decided together with the customer. We use our in-house 3D printers, laser cutters, and CNCs to process parts, and also outsource to partner manufacturers. We also develop operating software, and perform operation tests after assembling the parts.
Design and Production
After we deliver the finished product, we ask the customer to conduct a final test. We do not end the project with just the delivery, but also get feedback from the customer to identify any problems or issues.

We consult with our customers on the products and services they want to create, and provide consulting services to help them create products and services, paying attention to important development points and issues that they may not even be aware of. Piezo Sonic's design services based on the 3C concept (Cool, Cute, Compact) have been highly praised by several major customers, and we continue to support them. (We do not disclose the details of our collaborations.) Active Supporter
It uses a piezosonic motor to support elbow movements such as when shopping or carrying luggage. It is thin and quiet, so you can hide it by wearing a jacket. It can be operated using a bending sensor, so it can also be applied to the ankle, etc.
By using a piezosonic motor, position and orientation can be maintained with zero power consumption.
It exerts more than five times the torque of an electromagnetic motor of the same size, and because it does not require gears or clutches, it is a transport device that allows precise positioning without backlash. It can also be modified to a multi-axis stage such as a two-axis stage.
Precision Stage
It communicates with smartphones and PCs using Bluetooth, and the values of the built-in acceleration sensor, human sensor, and GPS data can be easily monitored. In addition to external USB connection devices, it can also be powered by built-in AA batteries, so there is no need to worry about forgetting to charge it. It can also be used to monitor other devices.
